WELCOME TO OAKWOOD VILLAGE

We are a deed restricted community of 370 single-family homes located in Beverly Hills in the center of Citrus County. Our community owners maintain their homes or hire professionals. Our sewer and water is provided by CSWR-Florida with Duke Energy providing electricity. Community streets are owned and maintained by the county.

While our community itself doesn’t have a clubhouse, pool or golf course, Twisted Oaks Golf Course offering 18 holes is directly across from our community. A park with pickle ball, horseshoes, etc is less than a mile away where you can walk with your family and/or leashed pet.

Central Ridge Library is 4 minutes away as is Central Ridge Elementary School. You have a choice of grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and eateries only minutes away as well as a growing shopping mall. Oakwood Village is close to lakes, rivers and the Gulf of America with all the amenities they offer.
